We have three different fulfilment origins; UK, North America, and Japan.
➡ For the UK, we ship from London and use Royal Mail Standard Delivery (untracked.)
2-3 days standard delivery time if you're ordering from the UK
3-5 days standard delivery time if you're ordering from Europe
If you would like a tracked/faster service, please use the "tracked, signed and speedy" option at checkout.
* EU Customers: Please take note that for purchases up to the threshold of 135 EUR, customers will be issued with a bill on delivery for local VAT at the relevant rate of the country they live in. This is an interim situation whilst we organise our continental European fulfilment facility - we appreciate your patience in advance.
